Current Situation

Airtel is a network provider for cellular phones. Every customer needs to fill up the subscription form in order to get a mobile number. The form has to be collected, filled and submitted at an Airtel office. The form is not processed till the information is complete and clear in all respects. Currently, their is a lot of delay in the process due to incorrect, incomplete data provided by the users and difficulty in retrieving the information at the back office.
